Founder & Managing Principal

Neha founded AIHealthTech after watching a recurring pattern play out across health tech: companies with real products and genuine potential stalling out because their strategy, sales motion, and data infrastructure weren’t built to work together. The advice they were getting was either too junior, too theoretical, or too siloed to fix it.

Her background is rare because she’s been on both sides of the table. She’s carried a McKinsey analytical toolkit into payer boardrooms at Premera, navigated clinical complexity at Seniorlink, and rolled up her sleeves at 0–1 startups like One Drop, FounderNexus, and Datum — where the margin for slow iteration is zero. That range is rare. And it’s what makes the advice actually land.

AIHealthTech is built around that dual perspective. When the work calls for it, she draws on a curated network of specialists — data scientists, clinical experts, and technologists — brought in precisely and intentionally.

Neha holds an MS in Health Informatics and Economics from Cornell and a BS from UC San Diego.
